As the sun sets, we're rolling out the red carpet for the 2017 Small Business Calgary Awards. Hosted by Andrew Phung, think of this night as the Oscars of small business.

Get dressed up, and get ready to celebrate the entrepreneurs of Calgary and all the amazing work they do.

There are nine different awards, and each one represents a unique opportunity to shine a spotlight on the contributions of our local small business community.

About Andrew Phung

Andrew Phung

An energetic performer and perennial favourite at the SBWYYC Awards, Andrew Phung is a local actor, improviser, emcee, and writer. He is one of the stars of Kim’s Convenience on CBC, a series that is currently CBC’s highest rated comedy show, and is entering production on season 2. 

Andrew is a long time improviser with the world-renowned Loose Moose Theatre Company where he serves as a Senior Ensemble Performer and Instructor. Andrew is an alumnus of Avenue's Top 40 under 40 list (2009) and has been named Best Local Actor (2013, 2014, 2017) and Best Local Comedian (2014, 2016) by FFWD Weekly and Best of Calgary.
